Talat KOÇ ("Company", "we", "us") acts as the data controller for the personal data processed through Opus Growth. This notice explains what data we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and your rights. It also serves as our privacy policy.
We process your data to provide the service and perform our contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations, to establish or defend legal claims, and for our legitimate interests — for the purposes of account management, billing, security, support, and service improvement.
We share data with iyzico for payment processing, with our hosting/infrastructure provider, and — only with your authorization — with the ad platforms you connect: Google (Google Ads API), LinkedIn (Marketing API) and Meta (Marketing API), strictly to the extent required to deliver the service and under contractual safeguards. AI functionality is processed on Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) infrastructure, depending on the assistant you use.
We retain data for as long as the processing purpose and applicable law require. All platform authorization tokens (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) are stored encrypted (Fernet) and access is restricted through authorization controls. When you disconnect (from the Customer Panel or via support), the related authorization data is deleted.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, to learn how it is processed, and to object to processing. You can disconnect any platform instantly from the Customer Panel (the stored token is deleted). For other requests, write to [email protected]; we will respond within 30 days at the latest.
Opus Growth accesses your Google account only with your OAuth authorization and only for the Google Ads accounts you authorize. Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide the user-requested analysis and advertising-management features we offer. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties; human access occurs only for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit request for support, in accordance with applicable rules.
Opus Growth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The LinkedIn Ads connection is established only with your OAuth authorization and only for the ad accounts you authorize. Data obtained from the LinkedIn Marketing API (ad accounts, campaigns, performance metrics) is used solely to provide the analysis and ad-management features you request; it is not used for advertising, not sold, and not transferred to third parties. Our processing complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. Your access token is stored encrypted; you can revoke the connection at any time from the Customer Panel or your LinkedIn account settings.
The Meta Ads connection is established only with your Facebook Login authorization and only for the ad accounts you share. Data obtained from the Meta Marketing API (ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, performance metrics, your Page list) is used solely to provide the analysis and ad-management features you request; it is not used for any other purpose, not sold, and not transferred to third parties. Our processing complies with the Meta Platform Terms. Your access token is stored encrypted; you can disconnect from the Customer Panel, or remove the app in your Facebook settings and send a data deletion request — Meta's data-deletion callback is wired to our systems, and all stored Meta authorization data is permanently deleted the moment the request arrives.
